Linking building, between 2 preexisting buildings, constituted of a metal carpentry structured roof and wooden walls covered by metal sheets.
Carpentry about 30 Tons, maximum surface 380 sq m, maximum perimeter 28.6m x 13.5m, building height 4m.
Metal carpentry substructure composed of one trellis for load distribution. The trellis has been designed around the points where forces can be downloaded on the slab. The building is constituted of a light supporting structure. And it is equipped with insulated walls provided with a wooden self-supporting structure composed of spruce beams and OSB sheets and external gypsum fibreboards that meet the fire prevention standards.
The elements of the walls were entirely prefabricated so as to substantially reduce the work duration into the building site.
The building has plasterboard internal walls and aluminum doors and windows provided with external and electronically moved from the inside darkening foils.
