Description 

Two warehouses, for electrical systems and transformer systems, one trellis for high-tension cables.

Technical features

Carpentry about 270 Tons

Maximum surface of the two warehouses:  250 sq m + 590 sq m.

Dimensions 20.5 m x 12 m, building height 9.2m.

Dimensions 38 m x 15.5 m, building height 10.5m.

One transformer cell (TRAFO) maximum surface 175 sq m, dimensions 15.2 m x 11.5 m, height 12.15 m.

Trellis length 61 m, maximum height 28.5 m.

Technical description

New traditional metal structures composed of columns, beams, purlins, wind-braces and a secondary structure.

Warehouses’ facade and roofs covering provided with insulated panels for a total of 2070 sq m.

TRAFO cells’ roof covering equipped with fretted metal sheets for a total of about 790 sq m.

TRAFO cells’ removable façades made of 110x40 – 24x2mm steel expanded metal sheets for a total of 372 sq m.

TRAFO cells’ façade upper parts locking by using aluminum ventilation grids for a total of 313 sq m.

Three TRAFO cells’ flooring by using grids and a supporting substructure for a total of about 336 sq m.

The trellis for the high-tension cables anchor is composed of trellis abutments and solid web section crossbeams. The surface treatment was made with hot-dip galvanization.
